Welcome to The United Nations Association of Malmö!
The association was created in 1955 and is active within Malmö. 
Where?
Our office is located at Östergatan 9B (see map), near Caroli City in the centre of Malmö and it is used for meetings, activities and even as a small library.
To find the correct gate, look för the text "Carolina hallen", above a doorway. When going throught this gate, you will find the UN-Office on the right hand. Hit the doorbell labeled "Malmö FN-Förening", and someone will let you in. Welcome!
The members
The council has regular meetings and consists of 13 members.
In total the association has about 300 members some more active and some more passively supporting. The Malmö United Nations Association is active within a number of fields, primarely concerning activities in the United Nations and the Human Rights field. Do you want to become a member?! Activities
Every year we celebrate the UN-day (24th of October), Human Rights-day and other similar days that lies within the field of the association. The main purpose of the Malmö United Nations Association is to spread information about the United Nations to Malmö.
The Studentsection
Since the year of 2006, the association also has a Studentsection, that gives great opportunities for students and youth to engage in international and humanitarian issues. The Studentsection has participated in many international and local projects, including intercultural European Union projects and Model United Nations projects.
